The room could definitely benefit from renovations!!! Moldy grout tiles, dirty floorboards, and plugged shower drains do not make for a pleasant stay!!! A little effort on cleanliness would go a long way!!!

I stayed for two nights and appreciated the warm welcome. The location made it easy to explore, and I enjoyed some quiet moments with my dogs. I found the remote check-in simple. The room had a fan that helped keep things breezy despite no AC. I knew it wouldn’t be a fancy lodge. it's more about that laid-back mountain vibe I enjoy. It felt nice to unwind after long drives through the picturesque scenery.

The property felt dated, and the bathroom could use deep cleaning. Though the bed was decent, overall maintenance was lacking, affecting my comfort. I noted some issues with cleanliness, which disrupted my stay. Without better upkeep, I would hesitate to return.

I hope they work on the cleanliness and staffing for the future.

i had a great experience at topaz lodge. the communication was awesome when i accidentally left my knapsack behind. the location is close to the town center, making it super convenient. i loved the character of the place, it felt cozy even with the retro decor.

a little more updating could help.

Had a late check-in at 4:30 am thanks to snow squalls, but the lockbox for the key made it super easy. Enjoyed the cozy vibes and relaxation by the fireplace and in the hot tub during our stay. Just a heads up, the decor feels a bit retro, but it added to the charm! 😊
